Community Timetable Announced
While our hearts go out to every community adversely impacted by Tropical Storm Fay, especially those declared to be disaster areas, it is important to continue forward with efforts to alert Floridians about the worsening crisis facing our state's children and families.
Timetables for the Truth Tour are being adjusted in the aftermath of the storm. The initial five cities to be visited are: Tallahassee (late September); Orlando (early October); Miami (early October); Gainesville (mid-October); and Jacksonville (late October).
Citizen education will continue beyond the November election cycle with the first stop in Tampa. Other cities will be added in advance of legislative session.
